A LIFE THAT WORKS
I offer coaching for neurodivergent people: autistic people, people with ADHD, gifted people and those with other neurodivergences.
The goal of my coaching is to support my clients in switching from survival mode to self-realization: We develop "A Life That Works" - a life that works for the individual, measured against their own needs and capacities.
I offer my coaching sessions with different focuses and in varying intensity and duration.
To make complex topics more tangible, I work not only with language, but also with various materials and tasks between sessions.
In my coaching sessions, I use techniques from NLP, among other things, but also knowledge from addiction recovery, meditation and yoga.
For whom?
My coaching sessions are suitable for all those who have been diagnosed with neurodivergence (especially autism, ADHD and giftedness) late in life - i.e. as adults.
I also advise clients who don't have an official diagnosis. Diagnoses in this area are a privilege; not everyone has access to them. Furthermore, my coaching sessions aren't about fixating on a specific "categorization"—however helpful that may be in certain contexts.
Instead, the focus is on designing a lifestyle model with each client that meets their individual needs.
My approach
With "A Life That Works" I have developed a method that is particularly adapted to the needs of neurodivergent people.
Based on the premise that our lives are composed of various pillars, we develop necessary adjustments in one or more areas: social life, professional life, private life, and health. We consider the overall picture and create a holistic approach that leads to greater self-efficacy across all these areas. The goal is not to function "better," but to live more happily.
To guarantee a sustainable integration of changes into everyday life, I guide my clients from over-adaptation through the willingness to change and the development of resilience to the concrete implementation of the desired changes.
I offer long-term support upon request. The goal is visible changes that make a lasting contribution to better health and happiness.
